mamamini.in is operated by MamaMini, 100/7, Sampath Nagar Road, opp. Kongu Kalaiarangam, Sanjay Nagar, Erode, Tamil Nadu 638011. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We make every effort to show colours and prints accurately; slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of muslin. Measurements may vary by ±1 cm.

3. Pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is applied at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place the order applies.

4. Orders and payment
All orders are prepaid through our secure payment partner. Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once payment is complete. We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or a pricing error; in that case you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, exchanges and refunds
These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, prints, logos and text, belongs to MamaMini and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
